Very close to the main station, just a brief walk through a nightlife area. Not an especially modern building but it's well maintained with no bad smells or areas in poor condition that I saw. The room felt spacious in its layout. The window opened (which isn't always a given) and the bed and pillow were fine. I appreciated the front desk staff didn't attempt to force me to show ID as a non-Japanese person once I supplied my address.

Nice business style hotel just outside of Koriyama station with many restaurants, stores, and bars right nearby. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was pretty small but more than enough for one person.
